I'll show you in this page a few sports I practice or practiced
I always liked practicing sport, but one of my biggest regrets today is that with the school and all i don't have the time to do sport as much as i would like ..I still manage to practice some sport some time therefore I'll prensent some of them !

Mountain/Road bike

Mountain/road bike! My favorite coutnryside sport!

I started bycicling really young around 4/5 years old maybe less but i started mountain bike when i was 9 years old when we started renting a house in the country side.

I then started going on forest roads. Its one of the sport i kept on doing throug my all scolarity.

Nowdays, I still like to take my bike and go for a tour in the forest. I can as well go to some Cross-field with bumbs and walls to train in an even more technic way.

Its my favorit countryside sport for many reasons!
First of all, the freedom of movement ! even if its slower than cars, its still faster than feets, therefore, having a bike allowed me to move from a city to another ! once, i did Le Mans --> Paris, it was a Ten hours trip, but i could see a lot of cities on the way ! added to that, the speed feeling and the accessibility of this sport allowing me to go for tours with friends

Rollerblading

I've been practicing rollerblading since i am 5 years old. I started with 4wheels quad kids one but they still were enogh to help me improve my balence and i started to relly like it. it's my favorit sport for a few reason: more than a sport, it's multifunction;
-a mean to move from point A to point B quite easely in most of the towns I used to go ;
-a way to be active and do sport
-quite usefull if you wish to go on a small troll.

Even in terme of sport, a few things could be done such as long distance sessions, Short and intense sessions in a skatepark or speed sessions on some pistes

Since 2018, i've been working as security member in Pari Roller every Friday night trolls from 9:30pm to 12am. It's an association promoting Green mobilities.

Badminton/Tennis


I've been practicing tennis since I am 9 years old. I started in club at school and I liked it very much.

I was lucky, beacause next to the house we had in the countryside, were a free tennis court and I could keep training there with my aunt who's really good at it. And with my friends when i was inviting them there.

I started Badminton much later! When i was around 14 15 years old. we bought a net for the same house and i started training there as well as tennis.
The thing i like with those two sport is the fact that they are a very good way to exert ourselfe physically.

The restricted area force yourself to be impulsive and to reposition y ourself to be in the optimal position to recieve the ball.

Combining Speed and technique I love those sport.

On/In the water

I Love Swimming! I always liked it, as far as I remember !

I started swimming really soon and with time, I started to like sport linked to swimming, rivers and beaches.

From Kayak in rivers to Snorkling at the beach through surf, I really like sharing these kind of activities with friends or family is something I really appreciate and this for many reasons.

Some of these moments allow us to be in comunion with nature as well as doing sport.

I've done a lot of Kayak and paddle which allowed me to get a level high enogh to being able to go for some kayak tour quite far with some friends
